- Thankye for stopping by. I am a law graduate and ex civil servant. I write poetry and have published 4 books- called Aspects Of Love; Inside Out; Mavericks and Wooded Windows. These poems are traditional and mythical but modern and sometimes erotic in style. I love experimenting with language, structure and rhyme and am fascinated by how these can be used to convey atmosphere, imagery, rhythm and themes. My world alternates and mingles Middle Earth with the surreal melting clocks of Dali. My poetry reflects the relationship between people as they interact in the natural and industrial landscape of the past and present. I have created this blog to share my interest in poetry, history, art, nature and archaeology with other people. For me, this is a place to meet like minded people and make some new friends.
